Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice.

Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

After 2 no shows, we will require a credit card on file to schedule further appointments. We will also require a credit card on file for all services 2 hours or longer. If these appointments are canceled within the 24 hour notice or a no show, we will charge for the service.

If you are not currently receiving text messages and/or email reminders for your appointments, please check with the front desk to make sure we have all of your information.
